  • Mission

    Our mission is to empower women pursuing careers in commercial real estate through mentorship, community, and professional development.

    As the newest branch of the Marshall Real Estate Finance Association (MREFA), TREW is dedicated to fostering a culture of connection, confidence, and career growth among undergraduate women. We aim to bridge the gap between education and industry by creating opportunities for members to learn from accomplished female professionals and develop the skills needed to succeed in the field.

  • What We Do

    TREW provides a dynamic platform for members to connect with mentors, explore industry pathways, and build lasting relationships.

    Through panels, workshops, and interactive programming, we help women gain exposure to all aspects of commercial real estate, from brokerage and investment to asset management and credit.

  • Who We Look For

    We welcome undergraduate students of all majors who are passionate about real estate, leadership, and community. Ideal members are driven, curious, and eager to connect with like-minded peers and professionals who share a commitment to advancing women in the industry.

Key Initiatives Include:

  • One-on-one and group mentoring designed to support personal and professional growth.

  • Hear directly from local industry leaders across top commercial real estate firms and gain firsthand exposure to senior leadership through panels and interactive sessions.

  • Exclusive access to company tours and connections with alumni and professionals.

  • Resume building, interview prep, and career strategy sessions tailored for women entering CRE.

  • Celebrate community and reflect on growth with fellow members and mentors.
