    General Membership

    Offers a comprehensive platform for individuals passionate about real estate to gain knowledge, network, and explore career opportunities. It is designed to provide a well-rounded experience through a mix of educational, professional, and experiential activities.

    General Membership is open to all undergraduate students and gives you direct access to MREFA's full programming calendar.

    Opportunities:

    • Biweekly Education Series covering CRE fundamentals, financial modeling, and market trends

    • Info sessions and office visits with firms across private equity, capital markets, investment banking, and brokerage

    • Speaker panels with practitioners from leading firms

    • Social events and community programming

    • Access to job postings and recruiting resources each week

  • A classroom or conference room with students or professionals attending a presentation. There are two speakers at the front, and the audience is seated, listening attentively. The room has a whiteboard, a wall clock, and ceiling lights.

    Mentors & Leaders Program

    The most technically rigorous program MREFA offers. M&L is a selective, student-led track designed to take members from foundational knowledge to interview-ready through intensive Excel training, real estate valuation, and hands-on underwriting practice.

    Members build financial models, work through real deal case studies, and are coached one-on-one by peers who have already landed internships and full-time roles at top CRE firms.

    Trojan Real Estate Women (TREW)

    Co-founded in 2025, TREW champions the growth and advancement of women in commercial real estate through mentorship, professional development, and community-building. Designed to foster connection and confidence, TREW provides undergraduate women with the guidance, resources, and relationships needed to excel in the industry.
