Sedonee Carranza is a senior majoring in Business Administration at USC Marshall with a minor in Real Estate Development. She previously worked at Deutsche Bank’s CRE platform within CMBS and Balance Sheet originations. and she interned at Sunday Capital, a private credit bridge lender, where she handled origination, underwriting, and AI automation initiatives. Her most exciting project was conducting AI research and implementing automation for loan originations. In previous summers, she worked in property management for USC student housing, facilitating tenant interaction, competitor research, and brand representative outreach. Outside of studying, Sedonee enjoys traveling, exercising, and trying new restaurants with freinds.

Christopher Robson is a junior from Los Angeles, CA, majoring in Business Administration with a minor in Real Estate Development. He interned at Eastdil Secured this summer and will be returning full-time post-grad. He is also working part-time for Eldridge Acre Partners as an Investment Analyst. Outside of the classroom, Christopher competes on USC’s Club Beach Volleyball Team and enjoys playing golf and watching Formula 1.

Ivan Rubio is a senior from Arizona, majoring in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Finance and a minor in AI Applications. He interned at BMO’s Commercial Real Estate group this summer and will be returning after graduation for a full-time position. He also previously interned at Lever Capital Partners and Forward Commercial Real Estate. Outside of academics, Ivan enjoys running, playing soccer, traveling, and spending time with friends.

Jack Moskow is a junior from Boston, Massachusetts, majoring in Real Estate Development with minors in Business Finance and Artificial Intelligence Applications. He will be joining BlackRock’s Private Markets Real Estate Equities team for an upcoming summer internship. This past summer, Jack interned at Brookfield Properties/BGRE on its logistics platform, and he previously worked at Lever Capital Partners, gaining experience across equity, debt, and financing advisory. Outside of school and work, Jack enjoys flying planes, hiking, surfing, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.

Camilla Simmons is a sophomore from Kansas City, Kansas pursuing a joint degree in Real Estate Finance and Development. This past summer, she interned for NorthPoint Development as part of their Capital | Asset Management team. Previously, she interned at Flint Development. Outside of the classroom, Camilla serves as Assistant Director of Operations and on Membership Development Committee for Kappa Alpha Theta. She enjoys culinary experiences, hiking, and golf.

Braeden Lunn is a junior from Thousand Oaks, California, majoring in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and a minor in Real Estate Development. This past summer, he interned at KW Commercial in Beverly Hills, working on multifamily investment sales in the greater Los Angeles area. Outside of class, Braeden loves creating art through graphic design, reading positive psychology books, watching classic movies, and spending time with his friends and family.

Kyla Moore is a junior from Las Vegas, NV, majoring in Real Estate Finance & Development. She will be joining J.P. Morgan for an upcoming internship in Real Estate Acquisitions. This past summer, she interned at TPG as a Real Estate Private Equity Analyst, and the summer prior at Piermont as a Real Estate Investment Banking Analyst. Beyond academics, Kyla is a Recruiting Analyst for USC Football and competes on USC's Women's Flag Football team.

Tatiana Lin is a sophomore at the University of Southern California majoring in Real Estate Finance and Development. She currently interns with Cushman & Wakefield’s Los Angeles Retail Capital Markets team, where she has gained experience in commercial real estate brokerage, business development, marketing, and investment sales. At USC, Tatiana serves as Co-Director of Events for the Marshall Real Estate Finance Association (MREFA), helping organize industry panels, networking opportunities, and other events connecting students with commercial real estate professionals. She is interested in continuing to explore different areas of the industry, including investment sales, capital markets, asset management, and development. Outside of school and work, Tatiana enjoys Pilates and weightlifting, traveling, going to concerts and the beach, and spending time with friends and family.

Katie Urick, a sophomore from Indiana, is pursuing a B.S. in Accounting. This past summer, Katie interned with J.P. Morgan Private Wealth Management under the Heartfield Weinstein Group. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, trying new restaurants, and spending time with friends and family.

This past summer, she interned at the Hilton Foundation’s endowment as an Investments Summer Analyst. The previous summer, she interned on the Port of Oakland’s CRE team as a Real Estate Development Intern. Outside of the classroom, Alexa enjoys exploring LA with friends and watching the NBA.
