Adam Julius is a senior, pursuing a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate Finance in the Marshall School of Business. Adam enjoys the relationship driven nature of real estate, and he is currently serving as the 2021-2022 Co-President of MREFA. During the summer following his junior year, he worked at J.P. Morgan as a Real Estate Banking Summer Analyst in their Los Angeles office. Upon graduation, Adam will be joining Starwood Capital as an Asset Management Analyst in their real estate private equity group. Outside of school, Adam loves to travel, play lacrosse, surf, and spend time with his dog and family.

Thiago Bittar is a senior from Brazil studying Business Administration and Real Estate Finance. He is the current Co-President of MREFA. After graduation, he will join the real estate private equity team at Ares Management. Thiago has also had previous internship experience as a Summer Analyst at Citibank. In his free time, he enjoys exploring the LA food scene and nightlife.

Tyler Jutting is a senior from Mankato, Minnesota majoring in Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate Finance. He is currently serving as the Vice President of MREFA. Tyler has spent the past year working as an acquisitions analyst for The Bascom Group. Prior to working for The Bascom Group, he spent a year and a half working with a private investor pursuing value-add and opportunistic multifamily investment opportunities. Outside of school and work, Tyler enjoys spending time with friends, traveling, watching sports, listening to podcasts, and exploring the LA food scene and nightlife.

Brendan Mullen is a senior from San Diego, California pursuing a B.S. in Business Administration and Real Estate Finance. He is the Associate Director of the Mentors and Leaders program. This past summer he worked in real estate private equity at Crow Holdings. Previously, he completed a real estate development internship at Caruso. At USC, he is an active member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity. Brendan is an avid golfer and enjoys surfing, watching sports, and reading.

Jeffrey Liu is a senior from Chino Hills, CA studying Business Administration and Real Estate Finance. He is the current Director of Finance and Membership for MREFA. Last summer, Jeffrey joined Link Logistics on their Asset Management and Investments in Irvine for his summer 2021 internship. Previously, he completed internships at Canfield Development in Acquisitions and Macroreal Commercial in Investment Sales. In his free time, Jeffrey enjoys basketball, hiking, and venturing out to find new restaurants.

Chase Rebeil is a senior from Laguna Beach, CA studying Real Estate Development with minors in Risk Management and Music Industry. He is the current Director of the Mentors and Leaders (M&L) Program. Chase also serves as the Treasurer and Alumni Relations Director of the Homeland Security Student Organization. He recently completed an internship with Clarion Partners in Los Angeles this past summer within the acquisitions and asset management teams. Prior to Clarion, he worked as an analyst at Alchemy Acquisition Corp. with the real estate and infrastructure vertical. In his free time, he enjoys watching soccer, swimming, and exploring the LA/OC food scenes.

Katie Scarborough is a junior from Atlanta, majoring in Business Administration and pursuing an emphasis in Real Estate Finance. She is currently serving as the Director of Communications for MREFA. Following her freshman year at USC, Katie was a Private Equity Summer Intern at Resurgens Technology Partners in Atlanta. This past summer, Katie interned at The Muller Company in Irvine, California, where she gained experience across all aspects of commercial real estate. Katie is an active member of Kappa Alpha Theta and loves running, watching college football, going to the beach, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Sabrina Panfil is a senior from Los Angeles studying Real Estate Development and Finance. She is currently serving as the Co-Director of Communications. Sabrina spent last summer interning with Starwood Capital Group in their Asset Management Division. Sabrina has previously completed internships with IDS Real Estate Group as an investment analyst, Avenue Homes as an investment analyst intern and MATT Construction as a project engineer intern. After graduation, she will be joining Blackstone Asset Management. In her free time, Sabrina enjoys dancing as part of the USC Chamber Ballet Company, along with cooking and spending time with friends and family.

Adenike Makinde is a senior from Atlanta, Georgia, pursuing a degree in Real Estate Development and a minor in Disruptive Innovation. Architecture and design drew her to commercial real estate; she now focuses on understanding the intricacies of the investment side of the industry. Adenike has interned with Farpoint Development, Artemis Real Estate Partners, The Agency, and The Blackstone Group. Upon graduation, Adenike will be returning to Blackstone’s Real Estate Debt Strategies Team. Outside of her studies, Adenike is a member of USC Helenes, serves as Chief Financial Officer of the Undergraduate Student Government, and serves as a Tour Guide. In her spare time, she enjoys yoga, collecting cowboy hats, and baking.
